Recently read The Wright Brothers and their journey for man to fly. With no resources other than their income from their bicycle shop they passionately pursued their cause. They studied the movements of birds, experienced many failures, passionately studied their work, and relentlessly kept experimenting. At the same times others across the world were much better funded to build a plane. The Wright’s built connections with other who were passionate about the same cause and eventually were the first to fly. Simon Sinek speaks of how they worked from inside to out in this TED Talk:
