Do we want to know each other and discover the gifts each of us have to share?

The BC Housing team is made of people with many gifts. Recently I had the opportunity to spend part of a day with them talking about the lens through which we do our work.

We spoke of ways to be more intentional in seeing the gifts that are around us daily. One of the questions we focused on, what do I know that I could teach others. After the conversation five team members taught the others about:

• How to repair a flat bicycle tire
• How to make frosting and decorate a cup cake
• How to putt
• How to braid hair
• How to make a pod cast

The presentations were dynamic and fun and highlighted the diverse gifts that are present everywhere.
