How do you recruit, hire and train talented community building staff was the topic of conversation for 100 managers in Ohio last week. I spoke on an interview process where team members are able to touch and feel the values around our work from first contact. There was discussion around training topics, measurements, on time support and celebrations. We also had great conversation on how to sustain momentum and turn into dynamic movement with great results. It was such a treat to have Brittany Curry with us to record our conversations!
