This was the dreary scene as I listened to the flight attendant introduce himself as the plane was leaving Newark. He said he was born and raised in Brooklyn and was very committed to making sure that each and every one of us had a good flight. He went beyond the standard instructions and until we were walking away from the plane in Toronto he delivered with attention, humour, and energy. He was the most innovative, relationship building flight attendant I have experienced.

Rob was such a reminder to bring all the gifts we each have into whatever it is that we do. He turned a could be dreary flight into a very bright and a great start to the day. And when we arrived to the  cold Toronto rain, we all walked up the ramp smiling talking with each other.
