Our Friends Deamon Harges and Anne Mitchell are hosting a conversation in Indianapolis.
We are happy to share their invitation with you:
Please join us for an exciting two days learning how to use Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), Theory U and other contemporary practices to create a sense of belonging and community in your neighborhood and workplace!
Many of us find ourselves in work and in community life, facing obstacles that prevent us from doing what we got into the work or project to do. We often find ourselves off track and spending a lot of time doing things that are in addition to our real goal or are a result of policies, habits or misconceptions. The goal of our workshops is to support people to rediscover the real purpose of our work (for pay or in community) and to clarify the path forward.
This is a hands-on, active workshop where your gifts and skills will be discovered and highlighted and you will learn how to discover and utilize your colleagues and neighbors gifts and skills to collaboratively build the culture you want wherever you are.
Please join us in a two day experiential workshop! Learn & practice:
– How to develop staff/participant/community partnerships that work
– How to identify and use the strengths and gifts available to you and just waiting to be put into practice in your neighborhood and workplace
– How to build inclusiveness, economy and mutual delight in any environment.
