Since coming to Vancouver I have loved exploring the local groceries and cafes that are found in almost every area.

None of the places I have visitted have been more welcoming and beautiful than The Mighty Oak Grocer and Café at 19th and Columbia in Mt Pleasant. This place is bright and beautiful! There are several tables on the sidewalk where neighbours gather and share a delicious espresso and inside the shelves are artistic.

Mighty Oak café is designed for neighbours to engage and spend time with one another with small tables and warm gathering places. This community is filled with so many assets and John and the Mighty Oak are certainly strong stable pillars.
