Joe works with agencies, neighbourhood groups, faith communities and others to design, sustain and evaluate initiatives that build community engagement. He has worked with service providers to transition from center-based programs to community-based practices. This has included conversation and work with all stakeholders. This can range from consultation to hands on work with staff.
